Italy from the Inside

My weakest side: the Sofficini Findus al formaggio

September 27, 2012

There’s something I really cannot avoid eating when I’m in Italy and these are the Sofficini Findus al formaggio. They are a sort of big semicircular dumplings filled with creamy cheese that you fry in just a little oil. They come in several versions: Mozzarella and Ham, Mozzarella and Mushrooms,  Mozzarella and Tomato, and more!

They are crunchy and tasty. They don’t really belong to the healthy food category, I know, nevertheless I love them and have them once in a while (well, quite often, actually).

Have you ever tried them?
